Family Empowerment Council's mission is to provide the opportunity for people to make informed choices, which they have a right to make, in all areas of their lives. We are a person centered program and promote individualization, independence, integration, and productivity. We are committed to the belief that every individual should be included in the community to whatever extent they choose.
